do they still make hero crochet hooks

been trying to track down hero crochet hooks but can't seem to find them anywhere used one years ago and it was my favorite hook but all i see now are resale listings on ebay do they still make them or are they just out of production anyone know where to get one without paying collector prices

I had not heard of that brand of crochet hooks, and they look like a German version of the Boye hooks. You may want to compare them and see if the Boye hooks would work for you. The Boye hooks seem to have the same tapered neck as the Hero hooks.

I've bought a few of hero crochet hooks, like five of them when I found out it's great quality. that was last year. I've seen it on ebay now, the price seems reasonable

if I'm not mistaken they don't make those, so you'll have to get them second hand and look for vintage collectors which have them

I'm pretty sure I've seen some on ebay and they were around 30 ish dollar per hook, new and unused. There are also used ones that are way cheaper. Just go on ebay and search for hero crochet hooks.

Yeah, you'r correct. Hero hooks are no longer manufactured, so they are now somewhat collectible. I've seen some on Poshmark, eBay, and Etsy, but the prices can vary greatly. However, it's worth setting up some alerts! I hope you get one soon

To me, the Hero crochet hooks are the same as the Boyle crochet hooks.

The slope from the body to the head of the hook looks the same to me. So, maybe Boyle would be an option if heroes are too pricey.
