how to use the Lily Pom & Tuft Form Loom?

My BIL is the sweetest, he knows my sister is into crocheting now and bought her this old Lily Pom & Tuft Form Loom made by Lily Mills from a thrift store.

She loves it but doesn't really know how to use it.
My sister wants to make pom poms or rugs, does anyone here have any experience with it? If you have a link to a video or even a PDF of the instructions, that would be amazing.

What a cool vintage find! Your sister can definitely use it to make pom poms and tufted rugs, though it takes a little practice. Try getting on Youtube or Tiktok! I'm pretty sure I've seen a few there

I actually came across one of those Lily Pom & Tuft looms at a flea market a while back. I tried it for pom poms first, once I wrapped the yarn a few times, it finally clicked how it worked.
