tote bag patterns please!!

just started a few months ago and i want my first project to be something im going to bring everyday! im still in uni so i was thinking of making a tote bag so i can carry it around with me on a daily basis. can anyone share some beginner friendly patterns please?

Here you can find great tote bag patterns that are beginner friendly. Can't wait to see what you've made :)
 
@nonnoburrito That is a lovely bag. A person could choose any type of stitch or combination of stitches to make a rectange the width you want and double the length. And a bit for expansion when full. Then fold the length in half with right sides facing. Then either yarn sew or slip stitch the two sides to make the envelope. You may want to put a stitch around the top to reinforce the seams. Then make a long solid stitch bit for a handle, Sew that into the interior of the envelope.
Now you have a very customized bag.
