Ever heard of them? Just avoid. Lol. Bought a Hecate Shawl from them and it was poorly made and delivery was delayed twice. Very poor customer service too. So yeah, its no no for me, never buying from them again.

I have a friend who absolutely swears by them. She said they totally changed her crochet game and she feels like it's helped prevent hand fatigue which is a big deal since she's been crocheting forever. I know they're not cheap, so I'd be frustrated too if I had a bad experience. It's tough when a pricey brand doesn't live up to the hype. But for her, it was a total game-changer. I guess it really comes down to personal preference!
