I've been using this super simple trick for quite a while.. Using stitch markers (or even safety or quilters pins) to hold my place when i pause a crochet project and dont want to leave the hook in. Saw something that reminded me to pass along and share this awesome tip since it's been super helpful!!

Absolutely! I do this all the time. let me add one quick tip: a hair tie or rubber band also works in a pinch if you don't have a marker handy

Great tip, thanks! I hadnt thought about using a hair tie before , that sounds super handy. Do you find one works better than the other depending on the yarn type or project size?

Leaving the hook in can sometimes stretch out your stitches or get in the way if youre working on something delicate or need to move around. Do you usually keep your hook in, or do you prefer taking it out between sessions ?

Handy advice! If you don't have stitch markers around, paper clips can do the trick just as well. They help maintain consistent tension and prevent any dropped stitches when you return to your project.
